  • Boneless chicken Breast (Skinless)                     10 oz
  • Plum Tomato                                                    1
  • Russet Potatoes                                                2
  • Baby Spinach                                                    3 oz
  • Scallions                                                           1 oz
  • Garlic
  • All-purpose Flour
  • Kosher Salt
  • Ground pepper

  • Red wine vinegar/apple cider vinegar
  • Olive Oil


After cutting potatoes in 1/4rth inch-sized fries toss them with 2 tbsp. oil along with ground pepper and a pinch of salt.  Roast them in a preheated oven carefully for around 20 minutes. Keep flipping to make them crisper and perfectly golden. Prepare veggies by chopping garlic, cutting tomatoes and scallions. In a bowl add the veggies and season them with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.

Give it a good stir a leave for a while to get marinated. If necessary, pat the chicken dry before pounding it to an even 12-inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper all over. In a medium skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. On a plate, put 2 tablespoons of flour. Using flour, dredge the chicken and tap off any excess. Add to skillet and heat for 3–4 minutes, or until bottom is thoroughly browned. 

Once done from each side, add chopped garlic, and butter to the pan. Turn the flame off and add scallions and toss them by adding salt and pepper. Serve the chicken fillet along with seasoned fries and a bowl of tomatoes and spinach. Enjoy your tasty meal.
